Its seven days till the athletes arrive back on campus. I am excited and anxious to see how everyone's summer training has gone. The Time Trial on Friday night will tell no lies. I hope the team has put in their homework over the summer. Cross Country season is always a special time and the first few days back on campus is even more special. I cant wait to see everyone and be able to work with them one on one on a daily basis.
