Camp

the last two weeks have been very busy for the Bulldog Harriers. We had our cross country camp. And what a great two weeks it was. The team has come together. Workouts have been going very well. Both teams have a tremendous amount of potential and I cant wait to see what they can do. With Camp Mt Hermon now behind us, it is time for the season to start and the teams to show what they can do.

All in all I was very pleased with the effort and it is a good starting point for the season. Now we have two and half weeks until we race at Wichita State meet, where the Women will race a 4k and Men will race a 6k. I like the set up of having shorter distances as it eases them back into things.
