Ceja KCAC runner of the week

KCAC Men’s X-C Runner-of-the-Week: Javier Ceja, McPHERSON COLLEGE, Junior from Pico Rivera, CA. In the Southwestern College NAIA Mid-State Classic he placed 4th among 205 runners in the 8K race with a time of 25:04.  NOTES: He was the first finisher of all KCAC Conference runners. He set his season-best time; his previous PR was 25:55.30. The finish marks the third race this season that Ceja has finished among the top five.
